07/29/10 SPORTAPHOR KNOW IT ALL TEAMMATE

Most of my Pball games were with really good players today. I was winning all of my games and then I got teamed with a fellow who does not listen to anyone else and doesn't really think his game through. We lost those 2 games. Still, I had a good day.

Sometimes the biggest problem is not our adversary, but our teammate. Our opponent is consistently a threat. There are two variables; 1 Our self, whom we control; 2 Our teammate, whom we do not control. A teammate who is uncoachable, selfish, uncommitted or incompetent robs the team. He needs to be benched for the good of the team, even in the ministry of Christ.

Teammates matter.
