I really like having talented team mates. It makes my game easier and it makes for a more efficient and exciting game.

So it is in the local church. When there are more people who are gifted, talented, committed and active, the more success everyone enjoys and the more appealing it is to a lost world.

People want to be part of something good, not something pitiful.
