Those who believe that the events of Revelation are literal, will not see them.
Some of those who do not believe the events of Revelation are literal, will see them.
Those who reject Christ and are left to live during the time of the Tribulation, will not benefit from having being warned.
Those who are warned ahead, but left behind, will believe a lie and be damned.
NO SECOND CHANCES ALLOWED. IT'S NOW OR NEVER.
2 Thessalonians 2:7-12
7 For the mystery of iniquity doth already work: only he who now restrains will restrain, until he be taken out of the way.
8 And then shall that Wicked be revealed, whom the Lord shall consume with the spirit of his mouth, and shall destroy with the brightness of his coming:
9 Even him, whose coming is after the working of Satan with all power and signs and lying wonders,
10 And with all deceivableness of unrighteousness in them that perish; because they received not the love of the truth, that they might be saved.
11 And for this cause God shall send them strong delusion, that they should believe a lie:
12 That they all might be damned who believed not the truth, but had pleasure in unrighteousness.

vs. 7 Mystery of Iniquity... the fullest manifestation of Satanic presence in the world, as in the time of God's wrath, also known as the Tribulation (3 1/2 years) and the Great Tribulation (3 1/2 years).
vs. 7 He who restrains or holds back this period of wickedness is the Holy Spirit, and He will allow the Beast (anti-Christ) to work his wickedness.
vs. 8 The Wicked or wicked one is the lawless one, the Beast who will take power after the rapture (1st part of 2nd coming) but be overcome at the return (2nd part of 2nd coming).
vs. 9-10 The Beast will deceive (unreservedly), through power and signs and lying wonders, those had heard and rejected the gospel before the rapture, so that they will not receive the knowledge of the truth and be saved.
vs. 11 God will allow them to be so deluded that they will believe Satan's lie.
vs. 12 Those who have rejected the gospel during the time of grace, and are on earth during the time of the mystery of iniquity will be lost, condemned forever, because they chose the pleasures of sin for a season rather than to suffer with God's people. They chose the way of unrighteousness instead of the way of holiness, they rejected Jesus and spurned the Holy Spirit and sealed their choice for eternity.
This is why it is important to understand and believe the revelation of God today, and to accept Christ today. The end of this world, as we know it, will be sudden and those who are caught in the dark will remain in the dark. God is not willing that any should perish, but He will "pull the plug" when we least expect it. Now is the accepted time, now is the day of salvation. Awake to righteousness and sin not.
BTW, God will "save" some during the Tribulation and Great Tribulation (7 years), since the Bible tells us that Israel will return to God en masse, as well as a great multitude, which no on can number, from every tribe, nation and tongue.
