09/16/10 SHHHH, LISTEN UP
One of the things that I have noticed to be a characteristic of the non learner or the limited learner is that he/she will not listen. They may remain quiet when others speak (but usually not), but they are just thinking their own thoughts or waiting for the moment to spring forth with their own ideas.
LISTEN and you will LEARN.
