Bible Christians live in a bubble. Not in the sense of being removed and oblivious to the world, but in the sense of living a life separated from worldliness. We live, we move, we have our being in the bubble or under the shield of God's saving grace. It is called SANCTIFICATION and it is repugnant to many. We are protected from Satan's fiery missiles and corruptions.
Protection From Projectiles
Ephesians 6:16
(16) Above all, taking the shield of faith, wherewith ye shall be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked.
Protection From Pollution
2 Peter 1:3-4
(3) According as his divine power hath given unto us all things that pertain unto life and godliness, through the knowledge of him that hath called us to glory and virtue:
(4) Whereby are given unto us exceeding great and precious promises: that by these ye might be partakers of the divine nature, having escaped the corruption that is in the world through lust.
Though this Bubble or Protective Shield is available to the whole Church, it is designed for the individual and is person specific. It is not stationary and fragile. In fact, it is God's salvation, God's grace, God Himself. We are to put away the Old Man, the sinful nature, and put on the New Man and we are to become partakers of Divine Nature, being conformed to the image of Jesus, Himself.
Put Off Old Man, Put On New Man (nature)
Ephesians 4:22-32
(22) That ye put off concerning the former conversation the old man, which is corrupt according to the deceitful lusts;
(23) And be renewed in the spirit of your mind;
(24) And that ye put on the new man, which after God is created in righteousness and true holiness.
(25) Wherefore putting away lying, speak every man truth with his neighbor: for we are members one of another.
(26) Be ye angry, and sin not: let not the sun go down upon your wrath:
(27) Neither give place to the devil.
(28) Let him that stole steal no more: but rather let him labor, working with his hands the thing which is good, that he may have to give to him that needs.
(29) Let no corrupt communication proceed out of your mouth, but that which is good to the use of edifying, that it may minister grace unto the hearers.
(30) And grieve not the Holy Spirit of God, whereby ye are sealed unto the day of redemption.
(31) Let all bitterness, and wrath, and anger, and clamor, and evil speaking, be put away from you, with all malice:
(32) And be ye kind one to another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, even as God for Christ's sake hath forgiven you.
Christians Are Predestined To Be Christlike

Christians Are Partakers Of Divine Nature

Christ And Christians Hated By The World
John 15:19
(19) If ye were of the world, the world would love his own: but because ye are not of the world, but I have chosen you out of the world, therefore the world hates you.

(14) I have given them thy word; and the world hath hated them, because they are not of the world, even as I am not of the world.
(15) I pray not that thou should take them out of the world, but that thou should keep them from the evil.

(12) Now we have received, not the spirit of the world, but the Spirit which is of God; that we might know the things that are freely given to us of God.
Christians Are At War With Worldliness

(12) For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.
James 4:4
(4) Ye adulterers and adulteresses, know ye not that the friendship of the world is enmity with God? whosoever therefore will be a friend of the world is the enemy of God.
1 John 2:15-17
(15) Love not the world, neither the things that are in the world. If any man love the world, the love of the Father is not in him.
(16) For all that is in the world, the lust of the flesh, and the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life, is not of the Father, but is of the world.

Christians Have Different Philosophy Than The World

(9) For in him dwells all the fullness of the Godhead bodily.
God's Grace Delivers From Sin And Makes Us Holy
Titus 2:11-12
(11) For the grace of God that brings salvation hath appeared to all men,
(12) Teaching us that, denying ungodliness and worldly lusts, we should live soberly, righteously, and godly, in this present world;
