If there is no entire sanctification, or if it is not attainable in this life, then God has not provided real salvation.
Salvation is not simply deliverance from the penalty of sin, leaving us to hope for deliverance from sin's power and pollution at the time of our death.
Salvation is deliverance from all sin, in this present life through Christ.
Salvation does not deliver us from being judged by other people, it is deliverance from all sin.
